Droids

All droids have a primary and secondary function. Both functions are skills; whatever skill is named as a primary function does not need to adhere to the skill pyramid; it may go to any level independent of their other skills, although droids often cannot reach sentient potential, and may be limited to a ceiling. The primary function also has no limit to the number of stunts the droid can take for that skill, although they must be appropriate for a droid. The secondary function is similarly able to not follow the skill pyramid, but has normal limits for stunts.

Extra droids are statistically simple. They generally have only a few Aspects pertinent to their
current role, one of which is the ownership Aspect. Most will only detail their primary and secondary
function and associated stunts; other skills are considered beyond their programming. Any amount of
damage taken renders them ineffective, at least temporarily. PCs can use the Computers skill to alter the
programming of droids, moving around skills or adding Aspects to them. They can also use Engineering
to add extra parts and functions.
